Our mission is to celebrate, showcase and amplify the amazing work done by employee resource groups in promoting Diversity and Inclusion, making it fundamental to our DNA.
Employee networks or Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) have existed in organisations for more than 40 years. However, over the last few years, they have evolved from networking groups promoting diversity and inclusion to becoming key contributors to business strategy and operations, as diversity and inclusion become increasingly important to business success.
ERGs give a voice to under-represented groups, provide an avenue for change and create an understanding of the needs and aspirations of the employees they represent. Networks raise awareness of the barriers faced by employees and help develop strategies to overcome them, promoting equitable workplace practices.
